The Solutions Architect role will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end customer road mapping and guiding all phases of customer deployments. They will play a crucial role in shaping our customers' strategic use of MES, LIMS, Scheduling, Orchestration, and ELN solutions, ensuring that our technology aligns with their business objectives and delivers maximum value. Additionally, they will be involved during the upfront sales process (50%), contributing to customer high level requirements definition and base solutions architecture scoping to right size and adequately depict our customers initial and longer-term ESP solutions design and scope of work. This role will be the primary point of contact for assigned customers, during and after ESP deployments.

What you will get to do

• Support and participate in L7’s quality management system (QMS) by complying with the Quality Policy and SOPs, and by meeting L7’s QMS objectives.

• Solution Design and Architecture
  1. Design and architect MES, LIMS, Scheduling, and ELN solutions that integrate seamlessly with customers' existing systems and workflows.
  2. Manage the development of architectural artifacts, integration plans, and deployment strategies to ensure efficient and effective implementation.
• Sales Engagement
  1. Participate in the sales process, engaging with prospective customers to understand their needs and demonstrate the value of our MES, LIMS, Scheduling, and ELN solutions.
  2. Contribute to solution scoping, proposal development, demos and presentations to ensure that our offerings meet customer expectations and requirements.
• Customer Road mapping
  1. Collaborate with assigned customers (upfront) to develop comprehensive roadmaps and delivery phases that align with their business goals and technological needs.
  2. Analyze customer requirements and existing processes to design tailored MES, LIMS, Scheduling, and ELN solutions that address specific challenges and opportunities.
• Deployment Management
  1. Non-tactical oversight of all aspects of assigned customer ESP deployments, ensuring successful Agile implementation of MES and LIMS solutions from initial planning through to final delivery.
  2. Work closely with internal MES/LIMS/ELN/Scheduling SMEs to ensure the translation of customer requirements into accurate functional product configurations.
• Customer Success and Support
  1. Serve as a primary point of contact for customers during and after ESP deployments, providing expert guidance and support to address any technical or operational issues.
  2. Monitor the progress of deployments, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

• Continuous Improvement
  1. Gather feedback from customers and internal teams to identify areas for improvement in our solutions and deployment processes.
  2. Contribute to the development of best practices, methodologies, and tools to enhance our MES and LIMS offerings.
• Team Leadership and Development
  1. Recruitment and Retention : Hire, develop, and retain skilled MES/LIMS SMEs who are dedicated to contributing to the growth and success of the business.
  2. Onboarding and Growth : Ensure new hires have an effective onboarding experience and provide ongoing career development and growth opportunities for your team.

• Expertise in MES and LIMS Solutions: Extensive experience designing, implementing, and supporting Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), with a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and requirements.

• Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of manufacturing and laboratory processes, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven track record of effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to executive leadership.
• Adaptability and Continuous Improvement: Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving customer needs and industry trends, actively seeking feedback to improve solutions, processes, and tools.
