School Psychologist All Alliance College‑Ready Public Schools is a tuition‑free public charter network located in Los Angeles that serves the Latinx, Black, and recent immigrant communities. ROLE SUMMARY School Psychologists provide comprehensive psychological services that support the academic success, mental health, and overall development of scholars in both general and special education settings. They collaborate with educators, families, and school‑based teams, using data‑informed practices to assess needs, design interventions, and build systems of support that promote equity and access for all learners. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Provide psycho‑educational assessments, including Initial Evaluation, Triennial Evaluation, Manifestation Determination, Functional Behavioral Analysis, Social Emotional Evaluation, and other assessments as needed. Actively participate and facilitate during Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings; interpret assessment results; collaborate with the team to determine special education eligibility and recommend programs. Provide Special Education Direct Instructional Services (DIS) and Counseling / Educationally Related Intensive Counseling Services (ERICS); develop Present Levels of Performance (PLPs), SMART goals, and track services in Welligent. Collaborate with the special‑education team to develop comprehensive behavior support plans; serve as a Behavior Intervention Case Manager (BICM) for designated scholars under the 1994 Hughes Bill. Act as liaison between school community members and community agencies, coordinating county programs. Collaborate with the Culture team on Multi‑Tiered System of Support (MTSS) implementation; foster a trauma‑informed, resilience‑focused, anti‑racist culture; support mental health and Social Emotional Learning (SEL) initiatives across tiers. Consult with parents, teachers, and staff regarding classroom accommodations to improve scholars’ educational and social‑emotional progress. Maintain data on scholars, monitor intervention progress, establish caseloads, and manage assessments and meetings. Develop, coordinate, and deliver training to staff, parents, and scholars based on data insights. Participate in ongoing professional growth opportunities and supervise School Psychologist interns as appropriate. Perform additional related duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS California Pupil Personnel Services credential in School Psychology (or equivalent out‑of‑state credential verified with transcripts of an NASP‑accredited program). Master’s degree in Educational Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution. Preferred: Experience in crisis prevention and intervention. Preferred: Spanish fluency.
