Treasury Specialist

Kforce has a client that is seeking a full-time Treasury Specialist in Tampa, FL. This is a Hybrid role. Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Specialist to support trust and escrow accounting, cash applications, reconciliations, compliance, and reporting activities. This role will work closely with finance teams to ensure the accurate processing of transactions, maintenance of accounts, and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. • Process trust and escrow receipts and disbursements
• Monitor, reconcile, and post client cash receipts
• Prepare monthly trust and treasury reports
• Support internal and external audit requests
• Perform account reconciliations, analysis, and ad hoc reporting
• Assist with cash application and treasury operations
• Partner with finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance
• Maintain process documentation and training materials
• Monitor transactions for compliance with company policies and regulations
• Prepare variance analysis and management reporting
• Support special projects and other duties as assigned
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• 2-5 years of treasury, cash application, trust accounting, escrow accounting, or related finance experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Elite 3E or similar financial systems is a plus
