Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, organized Intake Specialist / Marketer to welcome new clients, support families, and represent our agency throughout the Jacksonville community. This role blends client intake, relationship-building, and outreach. Responsibilities Client Intake - Conduct intake calls, gather information, assess needs, and schedule in-home assessments. Family Support - Provide clear communication and compassionate guidance to seniors and families. Caregiver Matching - Assist with pairing clients and caregivers based on needs and compatibility. Community Outreach - Attend senior fairs, networking events, and build referral relationships. Marketing Support - Help with social media, distributing materials, and promoting services. Documentation - Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with agency procedures. Qualifications Experience in senior care, social services, healthcare, or customer service preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Professional phone etiquette and excellent follow-through Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Comfortable speaking with seniors and families Compassionate, patient, and mission-driven Schedule & Pay Full-time, Monday-Friday Occasional community events Competitive pay based on experience Why Join Us?
