What You'll Do:

  • Provide advanced nursing care to emergency department patients across all age groups
  • Assess patient conditions and prioritize care needs efficiently
  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient management
  • Document patient care activities accurately and promptly
  • Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and health management
  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols

What You Need:

  • Current RN license in Louisiana
  • BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications (required)
  • Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated good judgment and adaptability in high-pressure situations
