Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors at a front desk location within a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor access to the facility, verify visitor credentials, maintain visitor logs, and direct guests to appropriate contacts or areas in accordance with established procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Monitor front desk activity, communications systems, and entry points to help deter unauthorized access and report unusual activity.
• Provide information and assistance to clients and visitors while maintaining a professional presence representative of Allied Universal.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
