Job OpportunityMinimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training3+ years of demonstrable ‘hands-on’ IT work experience supporting and resolving diverse PC desktop software and hardware issuesRequired Skills & Experience:3-5 years experienceIT-related desktop and infrastructure hardware and software troubleshootingWork night shifts to provide continuous support and maintain the stability of the IT environment.
