Support account growth efforts by helping clients explore Fiber internet plans that align with streaming, remote work, and everyday online usage. Reinforce sales initiatives through client-facing interactions focused on increasing awareness of AT&T Fiber service benefits and account options. Assist with account onboarding, service enrollment coordination, and client follow-up communication to maintain positive experiences. Maintain organized client account records and sales details to support ongoing relationship management and sales activity. Assist with driving account performance by contributing to client acquisition, retention, and overall sales development initiatives.
