Hybrid schedule with three days in the office each week. Opportunity for early responsibility in motion practice, discovery, and day-to-day client support. Multi-tiered bonus structure. THE ROLE Defend employers in disputes involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, hostile work environment, and wrongful termination. Support matters involving wage and hour claims, whistleblower allegations, workplace investigations, restrictive covenants, and trade secret issues. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and legal memoranda. Help manage case strategy, deadlines, and client communications in a fast-paced litigation environment. Assist with hearings, mediations, and trial preparation (trial experience is welcomed but not required). LOCATION, SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION Location: New Hampshire Schedule: Hybrid, in office 3 days per week Compensation: Base salary range: $105,000 to $110,000 REQUIREMENTS Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. Active New Hampshire bar admission, or ability to obtain admission within 6 to 12 months. 2 to 5 years of litigation experience (employment litigation experience is a plus). Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda. Strong communication skills and comfort with direct client interaction. Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines. PREFERRED BACKGROUND Public employer and labor experience. Judicial clerkship experience. Some trial or evidentiary hearing exposure.
