Medical Technologist

Role: Certified Surgical Technologist (PRN) at a surgical center. Responsibilities Include Preparing and maintaining supplies, instruments, and equipment for surgical procedures. Assisting in surgical procedures as part of the surgical team. Supporting quality improvement activities and adhering to aseptic techniques. Demonstrating competence and providing exceptional patient care under supervision. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of a surgical technician program or at least two years of surgical technician experience (preferred). Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient management. Understanding of aseptic techniques. Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient conditions. Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
