Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Microsoft 365 technologies, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Power BI, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Planner, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Provide advanced Tier III technical support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power BI, and enterprise productivity application issues.
• Create and maintain project schedules, roadmaps, dashboards, reports, and resource planning activities using Microsoft Project and related tools.
• Develop advanced Excel and Power BI solutions, including data models, pivot tables, dashboards, visualizations, reporting automation, trend analysis, and executive-level metrics.
• Design and maintain professional templates, forms, presentations, documentation, and collaboration solutions utilizing Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Power Platform capabilities.
• Administer SharePoint Online environments, including site creation, content management, permissions, governance, records management, and document collaboration solutions.
• Support OneDrive administration, file synchronization, data recovery, security controls, sharing permissions, and cloud collaboration initiatives.
• Assist users with application migrations, workflow modernization, process automation, and data conversion efforts across Microsoft and third-party platforms.
• Serve as a senior technical escalation resource while providing mentorship and guidance to Tier I and Tier II support personnel during complex incident investigations and problem resolution activities.
• Create, review, update, and maintain Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), technical documentation, work instructions, and end-user training materials.
• Support continuous service improvement initiatives through process optimization, automation, knowledge management, and operational efficiency enhancements.
• Deliver white-glove technical support to executive leadership, VIP personnel, and high-visibility stakeholders while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
• Demonstrate team-lead qualities, mission-focused decision-making, sound judgment, and the ability to independently prioritize competing requirements in support of organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Engineering, and business stakeholders to support enterprise IT operations and strategic initiatives within a federal government contracting environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Secret clearance. Must maintain all security clearance requirements throughout employment.
• Active CompTIA Security+ CE certification.
• 5-7 years of experience supporting Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power BI, Adobe Acrobat, and enterprise productivity applications in a government, federal contracting, or large enterprise IT environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project, Power BI, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies.
• Demonstrated experience developing Power BI dashboards, reports, data visualizations, performance metrics, and executive reporting solutions.
• Proven experience resolving complex technical issues and serving as a senior escalation point for enterprise support operations.
• Experience developing KBAs, SOPs, technical documentation, work instructions, and end-user training materials.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, and providing technical guidance to Service Desk and support personnel.
• Experience supporting executive leadership, senior government officials, and VIP personnel is highly desired.
• Experience with ServiceNow or other IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, lead through influence, and maintain a customer-focused and mission-driven approach in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

WAGE INFORMATION

Target salary range: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00.  The salary range displayed is an estimate only and is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, and will be determined on several factors regarding the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements.  The displayed salary is one component of the total compensation package for employees.
