Area Manager, Inbound Hub Operations

ShipBob, Inc. is seeking an Area Manager, Inbound Hub Operations for our Fort Worth hub. You will lead a 30+ inbound team across dock, receiving, and processing, owning dock scheduling, WROs, and quality checks to feed the network. You’ll drive KPI ownership, staff planning, and safety while coordinating transfers to spoke centers to meet 3-day hub SLAs and inventory accuracy targets.
