Deal Lake Bar Co is looking for experienced Managers to join our crew. YOU must be motivated, likeable, flexible, personable, organized, passionate, reliable, honest, and an all around all star.
Qualifications -2-4 years in a fast paced, high volume bar/restaurant Management position -Ability to hire, schedule, lead staff -Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service experience -Flexible schedule *** Benefits -Competitive pay -bonus structure -SERIOUS, growth opportunities Deal Lake Bar Co. is a 5,600 sq. ft. American style bar and restaurant located on Deal Lake in Loch Arbour, New Jersey. The interior consists of an open concept with 3 new bars and 150 person capacity. In addition, our expanded, 90-seat outdoor patio includes a new and improved bar, two 12 ft-wide sliding doors, and a closer view of the lake.
