Customer Service Coordinator Bailey Plumbing, Heating and Cooling is looking for a friendly, organized Customer Service Coordinator for their Wall Township, NJ location. Responsibilities: Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism, courtesy, and a positive attitude Schedule, reschedule, and confirm service appointments using company scheduling software Respond to customer questions and concerns while delivering an outstanding customer experience Communicate appointment updates and service information clearly and accurately Perform general office administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining customer records Maintain accurate documentation and ensure customer information is up to date Provide administrative support to the office team and assist with additional duties as assigned Job Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required At least 1 year of customer service, call center, dispatch, or office administration experience preferred HVAC, plumbing, or home service industry experience is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using computers and learning scheduling and dispatch software Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Positive attitude with a genuine commitment to providing outstanding customer service The starting hourly base wage for this position is $22.00/hr. This is the range of the base pay only; it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education, which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
