Senior Operations Manager

Employment Type: W2 Contract, 5-Month Contract with Possibility for Extensions Pay Rate: $49.98 - $53.98/hour (determined by experience, paid weekly) Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Shift Hours: Monday–Friday, Standard 8-hour shift Note: This is a W2-only role — C2C and Corp-to-Corp candidates will not be considered. Role Overview BEPC is actively seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to support our customers in South San Francisco, CA. In this high-impact role, you will drive operational excellence across the Access & Account Marketing (AAM) and Population Health (PH) teams within the Chief Marketing Office (CMO). The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in operations, project management, vendor management, and cross-functional leadership. You will collaborate with business leaders, optimize operational processes, manage strategic initiatives, and help deliver successful marketing and population health programs. Key Responsibilities Operations & Business Management Lead planning and operational excellence initiatives for the Access & Account Marketing (AAM) and Population Health (PH) teams. Serve as the primary liaison between the Chief Marketing Office, AAM, and PH teams. Identify and implement operational processes, communications, meetings, and resources that improve team efficiency and effectiveness. Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget. Identify and implement process improvements that enhance customer and stakeholder experiences. Access & Account Marketing (50%) Serve as the operational subject matter expert supporting senior marketing leadership. Drive operational execution for the Organized Customer Access Network (OCAN). Coordinate Customer Engagement communication strategies across AAM initiatives. Support strategic planning, business priorities, and marketing operations. Manage budget oversight and performance reporting. Develop dashboards and operational metrics to measure business performance. Partner closely with Administrative Business Partners to support business operations. Population Health (50%) Support operational planning and execution for Population Health initiatives. Develop project plans, roadmaps, milestones, and execution timelines. Track marketing asset utilization and generate usage reports. Manage the lifecycle of marketing assets using Veeva and GOLF platforms. Ensure approved assets are properly maintained and accessible. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 5–7 years of experience in: Marketing Operations Project Management Business Operations Proven experience leading operational or project management initiatives. Strong planning, organizational, and documentation skills. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams. Experience influencing stakeholders without direct authority. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving business environments. Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills. Experience using or learning enterprise business systems and collaboration tools. Preferred Qualifications Experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. Understanding of marketing organizations, workflows, and campaign operations. Experience with Veeva, GOLF, or similar content management platforms. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and modern project management practices.
