Compensation Analyst - Marshall Health

Posted Thursday, August 20, 2026 at 4:00 AM Job Responsibilities: Participates in published compensation surveys throughout the year. Analyzes survey data, market trends, and competitive pay practices to ensure positions are market competitive and meet overall system objectives. Provides benchmarking data and recommendations for market adjustments annually or as requested. Proactively researches current and emerging trends in compensation and pay practices. Provides salary quotes for new hires, transfers, promotions, etc. for providers. In addition, serves as a knowledge resource for Management and Department Administrators on such matters. Conducts analysis of provider compensation plans to ensure alignment with industry standards, organizational goals, and regulatory requirements Generates compensation reports and prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Supports management's decision-making by analyzing compensation options and predicting future costs. Coordinates employee changes and compensation administration within the payroll system. Coordinate annual pay equity analysis. Evaluates provider productivity as it relates to compensation. Provides guidance and support to providers and management regarding compensation-related inquiries and issues. Performs other duties as assigned or requested. EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, human resources or other related field required. EXPERIENCE: Experience in healthcare, specific to provider productivity and compensation preferred, but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Marshall Health
