Role Description This is a part‑time and/or full‑time on‑site role based in Miami, FL, for a Biophilic Design & Art Sales Associate. In this position, you will engage with clients to understand their needs, provide guidance on Biophilic design and art products, and assist with the sales process. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a strong knowledge of product offerings, preparing displays, assisting with inventory management, and fostering an exceptional customer experience. Collaboration with the design and sales teams to meet client expectations and sales targets will also be a key aspect of the role. Qualifications Strong sales skills, including customer engagement, upselling, and closing sales An understanding of Biophilic design concepts and a passion for nature and art Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building meaningful client relationships Team collaboration and organizational skills to support design and sales goals Previous experience in sales, retail, or design‑related roles is advantageous Creativity and an eye for aesthetics to assist in product and art arrangement Flexibility and enthusiasm for working in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment Knowledge or experience in plant care and sustainability is a plus Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr Plant the Future
