Summary The Sales Associate based in the Miami Design District is an in-store role focused on delivering exceptional luxury client service, achieving store sales targets, and maintaining deep product and brand knowledge. The position supports boutique operations including merchandising, CRM management, after-sales service, and contribution to brand events and social content. Responsibilities Professionally handle and advise customers to drive store sales and meet targets Merchandise displays and maintain high visual and store standards Provide high-quality service face-to-face and by telephone, including completing sales documentation Use internal till and stock systems efficiently and capture client information in the CRM Alter and fit customers’ watches and coordinate in-store after-sales with after-sales teams Support boutique opening/closing procedures, attend brand events, and assist with Instagram content when needed Requirements 3+ years of retail experience, with the majority in luxury Previous experience in the watch industry desired Proactive, independent with strong team spirit Highly professional customer service skills and ability to meet sales targets Ability to develop and maintain extensive brand and product knowledge #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
