Role Description The Office Manager role at Click is a full-time hybrid position based in Kingsbury, TX, with 2/3rds flexibility to work from home. The Office Manager will oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing schedules and appointments, coordinating service calls, and maintaining organized records for customers, vendors, and technicians. This role includes handling phone and email inquiries, supporting invoicing and payments, and ensuring that office equipment and supplies are available and functioning. The Office Manager will also assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, document preparation, and filing, while helping to improve office procedures and workflow. The person in this role will collaborate with field staff and leadership to support efficient operations and positive customer experiences. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact clearly and professionally with customers, technicians, and team members. Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration, including scheduling, record-keeping, and document management. Comfort working with Office Equipment and common office tools, as well as basic proficiency with computers and office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, scheduling systems). Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a busy office environment. Previous experience in an office management or administrative role; experience in a trades or service business is beneficial. Ability to work on-site in Kingsbury, TX, as needed, with the flexibility of performing an expected 2/3rds of the work from home as part of a hybrid work arrangement.
