B2B Collections Specialist

Our client is a wholesale distributor of  industrial and office supplies.  As a industry leader with over 75 years of experience they are looking to add Business to Business Collectors to their Buford Location.  Are you seeking a position that includes monthly bonuses? We're offering an exciting opportunity in our fast-paced Business-to-Business Collector role, where you'll cultivate customer relationships while managing a diverse client portfolio.  

salary: $20 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 6:30 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

As a Business to Business Collector, job duties include:

• Handle a portfolio of 2700-3000 accounts, predominantly business-to-business, with a focus on accounts overdue by 60 days or more.
• Conduct 64 daily calls on overdue accounts, leveraging emails and customer service skills.
• Interacts with client Accounts Payable Department regarding status of payments in a fast goal-oriented collections department.  
• Identifies areas of concern and provides effective problem resolution and suggestions regarding customer account status.

Skills:

• 2+ years in high-volume collections, adept with MS Office and Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably in a business-to-business setting.
• Demonstrated understanding of credits and debits, capable of resolving unapplied cash.
• Excellent communication skills to foster client relationships and resolve payment issues.
