Trinity Health Medical Group (THMG) is seeking a full time (1.0 FTE) Internal Medicine Physician to join our Grand Haven Primary Care team in Grand Haven, Michigan.

Job Description:
Outpatient Department of Trinity Health Grand Haven
Primary Care office is attached to our 81-bed acute care hospital in Grand Haven which offers a variety of patient services
Provide high quality care to adult patients focusing on prevention, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions
Call is rotated with all Lakeshore Primary Care offices
Collaborative office with a supportive environment
Opportunity to teach Residents, Medical Students, and Fellows
