Ensure daily objectives/tasks are completed and communicate any issues with upper management in a timely manner.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesEnsure consistent and quality customer experience by executing brand beverage recipes and techniques, resolving customer relations issues, and leading the team in delivering the Scooter's "Amazing" customer service experience.Maintain speed of service standards during high-volume periods by staying calm, managing an efficient team workflow, and anticipating customer needs.Utilizing downtime to be prepared and keeping the team on task.Develop effective working relationships with team members, identifying individual motivation factors and providing clear, constructive feedback to reinforce/improve performance.Proactively seek opportunities to increase individual and team sales.Understand and execute cash handling, point of sale system, and operational procedures in an accurate and consistent manner.Ensure team members follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.Serve as a keyholder, following all opening and closing procedures.Demonstrate punctuality, dependability, and adaptability.Assist Store Manager with administrative duties as requested.Follow all opening, midday, and closing procedures.Must work one shift on the weekend.Assist the Store Manager in onboarding and training new team members.All other duties assigned by management.QualificationsCandidates/Applicants must demonstrate they are eligible to work in the United States.Passion for people (Co-Workers & Customers).Willingness to master brand recipes and techniques.Energetic, fast-paced, flexible work style.Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.Ability to teach others and communicate effectively and professionally.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Desire to take on a leadership role in a growing company.Ability to take initiative on every shift.Free Shift Drink.Discounted Drinks Off-Duty.Physical Demands & Working Conditions:Ability to stand for extended periods of time.Ability to lift / move up to 20 pounds.DisclaimerThe functions and skills described here are general in nature and represent the type of work performed, but they do not constitute an exhaustive list of the duties and responsibilities performed on the job.
