Job Description

About This Role

We are looking for a reliable, caring and energetic individual to join our young toddler team.

What You'll Do

Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment for children ages 1–2 years old

Plan and lead age-appropriate activities that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development

Maintain daily communication with parents about their child’s progress and activities

Follow classroom schedules for meals, naps, playtime, and learning activities

Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children at all times

Requirements

Experience working with toddlers in a childcare setting preferred

Knowledge of early childhood development

Strong communication and teamwork skills

CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Nice To Haves

CDA, ECE coursework, or related education
