Data Scientist

Our client, a leader in digital innovation and data-driven solutions, is seeking a Data Scientist to join their team. As a Data Scientist, you will be part of the Digital Transformation Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and a passion for innovative technology, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Lead the development and implementation of advanced machine learning models and neural networks to support personalization and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and business partners to create scalable data pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and ETL processes.
• Apply deep learning techniques for customer segmentation, profiling, and classification to enhance user engagement.
• Implement and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI solutions to automate processes and improve user experience.
• Utilize knowledge graphs and other AI techniques to enrich data relationships and optimize recommendation systems.

What's Needed?

• 7-10 years of proven experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn.
• Experience with MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, and Airflow for deploying and monitoring models.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as GCP and AWS, including scalable data engineering.
• Knowledge of knowledge graphs (Neo4j preferred), Large Language Models (GPT, BERT, LLaMA), and Generative AI technologies.
