Talent Acquisition Lead

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner who will lead full-cycle recruiting, support HR operations and compensation planning, and serve as the HR Team Lead in the absence of the HR Manager. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and attract top talent. Develop job postings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and negotiate offers. Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend competitive compensation packages. Lead daily HR administrative activities and support HR process improvements. Assist with onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and policy guidance. Track recruiting metrics and support workforce planning initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred. 3+ years of HR experience with strong full-cycle recruiting. 2+ years of experience with employment laws and HR best practices. Strong communication, organizational, and interviewing skills. Experience with HRIS and ATS systems preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail.
