Shift Leader – Durham, NH Insomnia Cookies is one of the fastest growing, late-night, sweet indulgence companies in the country, and we are actively interviewing Shift Leaders for our brand new Durham, NH location at 9 Madbury Rd, Durham, NH 03824. As a Shift Leader you are the captain of our bakery day or night, responsible for owning the night, predicting flow of business, leading the cookie crew, building orders, suggestive selling, baking, interacting with customers, and ensuring a productive, fun night. Responsibilities Provide incredible customer service and quality products to all guests. Maintain operations, communicate pertinent information, monitor production efficiency, hold team accountable to company standards, and assist in training and coaching. Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning. Support and work alongside the Cookie Crew. Provide a safe, clean working environment and adhere to safe food handling practices. Manage cash handling and deposits. Desired Skills/Experience At least 1 year of working experience in a customer-service focused role. Point of Sale systems experience. Outstanding communication, time management, and people skills. Outgoing/friendly/patient demeanor. Detail focused and results-oriented. Ability to lead-by-example and motivate others. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Legally eligible to work in the United States.
