Role snapshot Join our Machining/Manufacturing/Assembly team and keep complex, small-batch work flowing Collaborate closely with Supervisors, Application Engineering, and Programming Benefit from extensive, ongoing training aligned with our continuous improvement culture Location West Bridgewater, MA — just two minutes from Route 24 and 106 and close to I‑495. What you’ll do Run CNC milling machines in a high-mix, low-volume setting (5+ daily changeovers) Group and schedule jobs intelligently to cut setup time and boost efficiency Set up machines accurately and efficiently to meet production goals Perform first-article inspections using vernier calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators Communicate effectively to drive process improvements across teams Support adjacent operations such as manual machining, saw cutting, and core cutter assembly/service Handle other related duties as needed What you’ll bring Some hands-on CNC programming capability Experience in a machine shop: 3+ years, or 1+ year with vocational school graduation Why this role Variety every day—multiple changeovers and diverse parts keep skills sharp Collaborative environment—your ideas directly influence process improvements Structured skill growth—ongoing training to elevate your machining expertise #J-18808-Ljbffr Double E Group
