This full-time contract opportunity spans through June 23, 2027, working onsite exclusively with a welcoming secondary caseload. Key Qualifications:

• Active Washington Occupational Therapist license (required)
• Must be fingerprinted through OSPI prior to start date
• Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Comfortable supervising a COTA and collaborating with team members
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to serve secondary-level caseloads with professionalism and compassion

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect OT services to students on a secondary caseload
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and track student progress
• Supervise and support a COTA, ensuring best practices in therapy delivery
• Engage with educators and families to develop strategies promoting student success
• Maintain documentation and compliance in line with school and state requirements
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to students’ IEP planning
