Restaurant Manager – Full Time We are looking for a passionate and hands‑on Restaurant Manager to help lead our team, deliver top‑tier hospitality, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations. Responsibilities include overseeing front‑of‑house operations, managing daily restaurant operations, hiring, training, supervising staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing performance, and maintaining the restaurant’s culture, financial success, and compliance with standards. Oversee and coordinate all aspects of front‑of‑house operations to ensure exceptional customer service and dining experiences. Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, including the selection, development and performance management of employees. Hire, train, supervise, and assist employees in guest service, store maintenance, product knowledge, and team attendance. Maintain team culture, daily operations, and financial success of the café/restaurant. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
