Administrative Assistant
True Focus Hospitality Group is seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and direct them to the appropriate person.
- Take accurate messages and ensure they are delivered promptly.
- Greet visitors and applicants in a friendly and professional manner.
- Monitor and respond to company emails.
- Draft letters, emails, and other business documents.
- Organize and maintain office files and paperwork.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Support managers with administrative tasks as assigned.
- Keep the office clean, organized, and running efficiently.
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and general office support.
Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Comfortable using email and learning new computer programs.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Reliable transportation.
- Dependable with excellent attendance.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in an office, administrative, receptionist, or customer service role.
- Experience with Google Workspace is a plus.
- Experience with payroll, scheduling, or HR paperwork is a plus.
