What You'll Do

As an Automotive Service Manager, you are the leader of the business -responsible for performance, people, and customer experience.

You will:

• Own the customer experience - consult, educate, and build trust while delivering solutions that meet customer needs
• Drive sales and profitability by presenting clear, value-based recommendations and pricing
• Lead from the front - coach, train, and motivate technicians and advisors to hit daily, weekly, and monthly goals
• Oversee full vehicle inspections and build comprehensive repair plans using digital repair orders
• Manage workflow and productivity to maximize bay efficiency and cycle time
• Develop your team through hands-on leadership, accountability, and performance feedback
• Maintain operational excellence - inventory control, shop organization, safety, and cleanliness
• Run the store like it's your own - results matter, and so does how you get them

You may supervise up to 10 team members and will play a key role in developing future leaders within the organization.

What We're Looking For

This role is for leaders , not order-takers.

You should bring:

• 2+ years of experience as a Service Manager, Store Manager, or similar leadership role
• Strong automotive knowledge (tires, maintenance, mechanical repair fundamentals)
• A sales-driven mindset with the ability to confidently present and close recommendations
• Proven leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and customer-facing professionalism
• High accountability, urgency, and pride in performance
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule (including weekends and occasional evenings)
• Valid driver's license
