The Project Manager will oversee residential and commercial construction projects, leading teams of 10-70 members. This role requires extensive travel to ensure projects meet budget, schedule, compliance, and safety standards. The Project Manager will report directly to their team lead and coordinate fire and water damage restoration efforts as needed. Competitive salary TBD.

 

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize construction projects from inception to completion
• Manage project budgets and control costs
• Develop and monitor project schedules to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Supervise site safety and implement safety management protocols
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to team leads and clients
• Coordinate fire and water damage restoration as part of project scope

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge in fire and water reconstruction
• 3-5+ years of experience in construction project management
• Proficiency in construction management, project scheduling, and budgeting
• Demonstrate strong leadership and effective communication abilities
• Excellent problem-solving skills
