Specialty Sales Foreign Subsidy Banking Leader

DescriptionSummary: Working closely with the Regional Presidents & Managers/Leaders throughout the Consumer and Regional Bank Organization, this individual will be responsible for leading strategic projects, developing sales & training resources, leading field communication efforts & ensuring consistent field execution of our Specialty Banking Foreign Subsidiary strategy throughout the bank in footprint. This leader will create, lead and implement Foreign Subsidiary COI strategy for business bankers along with provide education and awareness around Specialty Banking across all CRB in footprint.Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for partnership with Consumer and Regional Banking (CRB) leadership nationwide to execute on Specialty Banking Foreign Subsidiary strategy throughout all channels.Provide education around COIs in the Foreign Subsidiary world to Business Bankers and how to educate on our value proposition in the Foreign Subsidiary Banking sector.Create and maintain a forward-thinking, long-term vision to ensure consistent execution to plan for new Specialty Banking originations from the enterprise.Perform other duties as assigned.Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree12-15 + years of Commercial and or Foreign Subsidiary banking experiencePreferred Qualifications: Management experience with background in sales, service, or oversight roles with a focus on Specialty Banking salesStrong coaching and training skillsAbility to professionally interact with all levels within the organizationExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsMust have excellent communication skills including professional grammar and demeanorStrong organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to multi-task PC and internet proficiencyExempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)YesWorkplace Type:OfficeOur Approach to Office Workplace TypeCertain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement.
