University Relations Recruiter

Control Air is seeking a University Relations Recruiter to lead and grow our campus recruiting, internship, and early-career talent programs across California. This role will build partnerships with universities, colleges, and trade schools, develop talent pipelines, and represent Control Air at recruiting events throughout the state. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and workforce development programs Lead campus recruiting and manage full-cycle hiring for interns and entry-level talent Expand and oversee internship and early-career development programs Represent Control Air at career fairs, networking events, and industry associations Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, Marketing, Education, or a related field 2+ years of recruiting experience, including university relations or campus recruiting Experience developing internship or early-career programs preferred Strong relationship-building, presentation, and project management skills Ability to travel throughout California during peak recruiting seasons Salary Range $70,000 - $100,000 annually Benefits Include Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Medical, Dental, and Life Insurance 401(k) Long-Term Disability and FSA Paid Holidays and PTO Alternate Work Schedules Join one of California's leading mechanical contractors and help build the next generation of construction, engineering, and skilled trades professionals. #J-18808-Ljbffr Control Air Enterprises LLC
