Technical Support & Onboarding Analyst

Requirements

• 4 or more years of experience in technical customer support and business systems analysis.

• Proficiency in Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication, account provisioning, and identity recovery.

• Experience with electronic reporting platforms, vital records data systems, or healthcare databases.

• Experience in technical workflow analysis to optimize business processes for electronic adoption.

• Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint repositories.

• Experience in logging application defects, technical issue escalation, and end-user training.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide external healthcare personnel through electronic portal enrollment and account registration procedures.

• Assist users with Single Sign-On credential setup, password resets, and account unlocking requests.

• Evaluate stakeholder operational workflows and recommend strategies to accelerate digital system adoption.

• Identify, document, and escalate technical application bugs and system deficiencies to engineering teams.

• Maintain structured tracking of user adoption rates, enrollment statuses, and support tickets.

• Direct facility administrators and clinical staff to self-service technical documentation and training materials.

• Partner with Quality Assurance and workflow units to resolve complex stakeholder access roadblocks.
