Business Analyst
Location: Harrisburg, PA (Remote/Hybrid)
Duration: 9 months
Job Summary:
Seeking for a Business Analyst to support the department in adopting electronic reporting by licensed healthcare providers. Responsibilities include clear communication, customer service, understanding business requirements, problem identification, and end-user support. The selected candidate will assist healthcare professionals with onboarding and enrollment, working closely with staff and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Perform outreach to facilities to understand reporting workflow and recommend strategies for electronic reporting.
- Assist external stakeholders in establishing and recovering SSO credentials.
- Report application defects and escalate issues as needed.
- Refer external stakeholders to available training and support resources.
Skills and Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in business analysis, customer service, and/or end-user support.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Experience in training or technical support delivery preferred.
