This position offers the flexibility of remote work while primarily engaging with school-aged patients. We provide the necessary resources and support for licensed professionals to conduct assessments and therapy effectively from the comfort of their own homes while actively engaging with school communities.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver psychotherapy and mental health services to students dealing with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ emotional, behavioral, and social functioning, utilizing evidence-based tools and methodologies.

• Develop, implement, and continually evaluate individualized treatment plans that are both culturally competent and evidence-based, ensuring alignment with each student's needs.

• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting therapeutic interventions based on client feedback, progress notes, and professional collaboration.

• Engage with other healthcare practitioners including psychiatrists and teachers to discuss patient care strategies and ensure holistic support for each child.

• Provide psychoeducation to students and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources to enhance comprehension and empowerment.

• Maintain strict adherence to ethical standards, including patient confidentiality and informed consent protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with school-aged children and adolescents, addressing their unique challenges, behavioral issues, and emotional disturbances. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Kansas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
