The Company is in search of a Head of Infrastructure to spearhead the technology infrastructure strategy. This pivotal role encompasses a wide range of domains, including cloud, end-user, cybersecurity, and DevOps, and demands a professional with a unique blend of hands-on technical expertise and strategic leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the firm's infrastructure, overseeing the cybersecurity posture, and driving modernization efforts across both cloud and on-prem environments. Key responsibilities also include establishing and enforcing infrastructure standards, managing MSP and vendor relationships, and partnering with the CTO to design scalable infrastructure that supports the firm's core business and operational platforms. Applicants for the Head of Infrastructure position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive experience in infrastructure and technology leadership. The role requires a deep understanding of AWS cloud architecture, networking, virtualization, and automation frameworks, as well as proven experience in managing MSPs and third-party vendors. Strong financial acumen, knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, and hands-on experience with enterprise monitoring, identity management, and endpoint protection are essential. The ideal candidate will have a track record of delivering modernization initiatives that enhance performance, reliability, and cost efficiency, and must possess excellent communication and leadership skills to align technical priorities with business outcomes.
