Aufgaben Für aktuelle und zukünftige Kundenprojekte in ganz Deutschland suchen wir erfahrene freiberufliche IT-Supporter und IT-Techniker (m/w/d) für unterschiedliche Einsätze in den Bereichen End User Support, Workplace IT und IT-Infrastruktur. Die Projekte reichen von klassischen 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support-Tätigkeiten über Service Desk und Helpdesk bis hin zu Onsite Support, Rollouts, Migrationen und Field Service. Mögliche Einsatzbereiche 1st 2nd Level IT Support Service Desk / Helpdesk / User Support Onsite Support / Field Service / Workplace Support IT-, Hardware- und Client-Rollouts Client- und Windows-Migrationen Installation und Konfiguration von PCs, Notebooks und mobilen Endgeräten Hardwaretausch / Break-Fix / Drucker- und Peripherie-Support Softwareinstallation und Softwareverteilung Windows 10/11 und Microsoft 365 Active Directory / Entra ID / Benutzer- und Berechtigungsverwaltung Intune / SCCM / MECM / Client Management Troubleshooting / Ticketbearbeitung / IMAC/D / Floorwalking / Hypercare Je nach Projekt bieten sich sowohl kurzfristige Einsätze als auch längerfristige Projekte sowie regionale und deutschlandweite Einsatzmöglichkeiten.
