Logistics Coordinator / Dispatcher
Location: North Richland Hills, TX
Pay: Starting at $22.00+ per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Hours TBD)
Work Environment: Office / Call Center
Job Description
Seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator / Dispatcher to assist with daily freight operations, truck
booking, dispatching, inbound/outbound calls, and marketing activities.
Job Responsibilities
l Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers, carriers, and drivers.
l Book trucks, coordinate shipments, and dispatch drivers.
l Use Transportation Management System (TMS) software to manage loads and track shipments.
l Conduct outbound marketing calls, generate leads, and assist with business development.
l Provide shipment updates and maintain accurate records.
l Assist with daily logistics and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
l Minimum 6 months of logistics, dispatching, or freight brokerage experience required.
l Hands-on TMS software experience required.
l Experience with outbound calling, marketing, or customer outreach preferred.
l Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills.
l Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
l Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
