The Transactional Operations team plays a critical role in supporting the firms growing investor base and ensuring a seamless experience across multiple stages of the investor lifecycle. The role centers on providing comprehensive operational support for feeder funds, including subscription processing, close management, document remediation, transfers and remediations, as well as oversight of these transactions for direct funds. This individual will collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders within a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment. The team supports investors, financial advisors, home office personnel, administrators, and numerous internal parties./ppResponsibilities/pulliProvide dedicated support throughout initial onboarding and subsequent transactional processing for feeder funds./liliWork closely with fund administrators to ensure seamless client experience; ensure SLAs are met./liliSupport high-profile fund managers and distributors in their fundraising efforts by assisting their clients through the subscription process and managing fund closings, with a strong dedication to successful client outcomes./liliProvide oversight on all transaction types for direct funds./liliCollaborate with the Technology team to optimize the user experience through enhancements to the companys proprietary technology platform./li/ulpQualifications/pulliBachelors degree in a related field/lili1-5 years of experience in financial services, preferably within a fund administrator or client service role or the alternative investment industry/liliExperience with transactional support for alternative investments (i.e. subscriptions, transfers, and redemptions)/liliA basic understanding of industry standard AML, tax, and CRS documentation and requirements/liliExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail/liliStrong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills/liliAble to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure/liliProven ability to multi-task and work both independently and as a team player/liliProficient computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)/liliInterest or knowledge in technology/li/ulpBenefits/ppThe base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $80,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
