Aaron's, Inc - 56 Bullsboro Drive, Ste A - Responsibilities: Drive payment collections and lease agreement renewals by understanding lease benefits and ensuring customers are 100% satisfied with the product; Build relationships with customers over the phone and face-to-face to move them toward ownership; Maintain updated customer information in the store computer system and document all customer payment appointments; Direct contact with customers who have not renewed their Lease agreements both in home visits and over the phone; Assist the Customer Account Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals
