Registered Nurse - NICU - Nights

Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: Sign On Bonus: $25,000 for candidates with at least 18 months of experience within NICU clinical specialty (with parameters) Location: Naperville, IL Full time - 36 hours/week Hours: Nights 7 PM - 7:30 AM rotating weekends and rotating holidays required Level III neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) 35 bed unit with strong family centered care and single room setup. Travel Required: Occasional floating into Peds/PICU, SCN and Mother Baby What you will do: Provides professional nursing care according in accordance with the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act, and hospital policies and procedures. Employs critical thinking skills, assesses patients? condition, recognizes changes, plans and evaluates care, monitors patients? progress, and records pertinent observations. Delegates appropriate patient care tasks to other staff. Functions as a team member to fulfill unit goals.
