Director of Operations

The client is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee end-to-end operations across supply chain, logistics, and a Florida-based distillery. In this role, you will optimize operational processes to support efficient tequila production and seamless distribution within Florida, helping expand operations into new markets while maintaining high-quality standards. You will lead the supply chain by ensuring timely procurement of raw materials and supporting efficient production. You will supervise and optimize logistics to maintain on-time distribution while minimizing costs, manage daily distillery operations to uphold production standards, and continuously review processes to drive improvements. You will build and maintain supplier relationships, collaborate with sales and marketing teams to forecast demand and ensure product availability, implement and adhere to safety regulations, and ensure compliance with applicable state, federal, and industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have deep operations management experience, with a strong background in supply chain logistics and distillery or manufacturing operations, and the ability to lead and mentor teams. You should demonstrate a proven track record of improving operational processes, managing production and distribution effectively, and working in a fast-paced environment with a results-driven, detail-oriented approach. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred, and a master’s degree may be a plus. Confidential
