Maintenance Mechanic- 2nd Shift

Eaton’s ES GEIS BLDdivision is currently seeking aMaintenance Mechanic - 2nd Shift at our Troy, IL facility! The core hours are Monday - Friday, 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. Overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory at times. The hourly rate for this position is$27.92 per hour, plus a $.50 cent shift differentialper hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. What you’ll do: Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and machinery. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment and mechanicial issues. Install, repair, and/or fabricate new equipment and components as needed. Supporting the Tier 1 & 2 operational processes through completion of action cards and rapid response activities. Support physical transformation and continuous improvement (GDP) initiatives throughout the facility. Required Safety and Quality Training (included but not limited to): Qualifications: No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Troy, IL will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
