Your impact

• Deliver on-site field service in the local market: diagnostics, repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance for CNC machining and turning centers.
• Tackle mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical challenges with methodical problem-solving.
• Provide hands-on training as needed and partner with sales on technical matters.
• Communicate effectively with operators, maintenance personnel, engineers, and leadership.
• Uphold Ellison Technologies’ professional and ethical standards at every customer interaction.
• Maintain thorough records, technical documentation, and case details; take full ownership of service projects.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Background installing, maintaining, and repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers.
• Demonstrated strength across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

Technical proficiency

• PLC troubleshooting skills
• CNC machine repair
• Electrical troubleshooting
• Equipment diagnostics and troubleshooting
