Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Outpatient Surgery Center | Philadelphia Suburbs | $80K Sign-On Bonus
We are seeking an experienced or new graduate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our established multispecialty ambulatory surgery center located just 35 minutes north of Philadelphia. This is a rare outpatient-only anesthesia position offering exceptional work-life balance, competitive compensation, and a generous $80,000 sign-on bonus. Job Responsibilities- Administer anesthesia for diverse outpatient surgical procedures across multiple specialties
- Provide anesthesia services for orthopedic surgery, gastroenterology (GI) procedures, ENT cases, ophthalmology, cosmetic surgery, and other elective outpatient procedures
- Conduct pre-operative assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans
- Monitor patients throughout surgical procedures and manage post-anesthesia recovery
- Collaborate with surgeons, nursing staff, and anesthesiologists in a team-based care environment
- Maintain accurate documentation and anesthesia records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Participate in quality assurance and patient safety initiatives
- Ensure proper equipment maintenance and anesthesia supply management
- Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Active Pennsylvania CRNA license or eligibility to obtain PA licensure
- Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia educational program
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
- Ambulatory surgery center experience preferred but not required
- Experience with multispecialty outpatient anesthesia cases is a plus
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
