Manager, Local Advertising Sales - Digital Ad Sales- Newbury Park,CA

Responsibilities As a Local Sales Manager , you are responsible for providing direction to Account Executives. You ensure local sales budgets and objectives are achieved, oversee day‑to‑day activities, and monitor account executives in all areas of their assignments. You will cultivate client connections, embrace media trends, and collaborate with agency partners on advertising solutions. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing and leading a sales team. Managing day‑to‑day activities. Ensuring revenue goals are met. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $175,000–$185,000 with commission. Total compensation can include an additional commission earnings target starting at $75,000. The base pay for this position generally is between $100,000.00 and $110,000.00, and total compensation is considering a range of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience: Management or leadership experience (2+ years), media sales experience (5+ years). Skills: Communication, leadership, collaboration, project management.
