Role Overview Provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication use. Ensures safety and quality compliance, participating in professional development activities. Key Responsibilities Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with collaborative input, ensuring effective communication across care teams. Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural background. Supports patient safety initiatives and quality standards in a safety-sensitive role. Qualifications Minimum education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing. Licensure: RN license required. No prior experience necessary; preferred candidates have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and less than two years of experience.
