I’m proud to lead a third-generation State Farm agency that has been serving the community since 1978. Insurance has always been a part of my life - my grandfather was a State Farm agent, and carrying on that legacy has been both an honor and a privilege. Today, our agency consists of six team members who are committed to providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships with our customers. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Doug Johnson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS
